The ten week Middle School SPORTFIT Summer Performance Program is guaranteed to up your athlete's game! Beginning on June 26th, the Middle School program utilizes the same training techniques used by top professional athletes, modified to each participant's individual level of athleticism. The SPORTFIT program includes instruction in movement training, injury reduction, multi-directional foot speed and agility, explosive power development and proper functional strength training.
